Adrianne Lenegar Sehar, M.S.

Adrianne graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis. Ever since she was young, she has recognized her passion for helping others. This passion quickly transformed into the ultimate career goal of becoming a mental health counselor. Adrianne has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. She utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while encompassing a person-centered approach. Adrianne also offers the option of integrating Christian-based practices into therapy sessions for clients who value their spirituality and faith. She provides clients with a caring, non-judgmental environment conducive to personal growth and development. Additionally, she is working toward obtaining a certification in perinatal mental health as she recognizes the significant changes (mentally, physically, and emotionally) that occur during this time. Adrianne is under the supervision of Keith Fussell, LPC-MHSP, as she works toward full licensure. Outside of her rewarding career, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, relaxing outdoors, and running.

Adrianne does not currently take insurance. Her rate is $70 per session, and she also works with our church and business contracts.
